My philosophy is to help others live full, healthy, conscious lives, whatever that may mean for each individual.

Why I do what I do:

No one's life is free of challenges, how we deal with them reveals who we truly are. I took my challenges as a learning opportunity to educate myself and help others who are interested in exploring their full potential and are not afraid of self-introspection. As I learn about the body, the mind and their ability to heal I'm humbled and excited to share my knowledge and experience to help others.  I don't take credit for healing anyone, but I can help awaken the body's ability to help heal yourself. I find this heart-centered collaboration extremely gratifying.

A little bit about me: hobbies, family, interests

I share my life space with my two grown daughters and other family. I enjoy downtime, reading, and traveling to white sand beaches. I love good eats and music. I am passionate about helping others, personal growth and Holistic healthy living.
